New Summer Placement Students

Breathing Buildings is delighted to announce that we are once again supporting and developing our links with Cambridge University by taking on two undergraduate students to join us for 10 week paid Summer Placement internships.

Katherine Cook of Emmanuel College and Philip Owen of Fitzwilliam College both started this week, under the supervision of Consulting Manager Dr Owen Connick.

Breathing Buildings Engineering Interns 2017 with Consulting Manager Dr Owen Connick at the Royal Society in London

Katherine and Philip are set to work as integral members of the Design & Consultancy Engineering team. They can expect to be fully involved with assisting our graduate engineers with design work for external clients, including attendance at technical meetings, working on improving internal processes, and assisting with product testing and development at our factory site in Suffolk.

We welcome Katherine and Philip to the company and invite prospective students interested in future opportunities at Breathing Buildings to contact us via jobs@breathingbuildings.com

Owen, Katherine and Philip are pictured at The Royal Society in London, attending Mathematics for the Modern Economy, an event which sought to bridge the gap between the UK’s expertise in industrial mathematics and those who apply it.
