Education: Holywell All Through School
Breathing Buildings helped Flintshire County Council design a hybrid ventilation scheme for the whole school. We then worked with Waterman Group, Walsh Integrated Building Services and Galliford Try to deliver the vision.
System description:
Ground and first floors are served with façade systems which also utilise the atrium via cross talk attenuators. The top floor and halls were served via Breathing Buildings’ patented E-Stack® natural ventilation and mixing units. A full design was carried out to demonstrate compliance with the relevant overheating and air quality criteria.
