Northern area natural ventilation sales manager
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a high calibre Area Sales Manager to sell the companies range of Low Energy Natural Ventilation products and consultancy services, which include our award winning and patented e-Stack equipment, penthouse roof terminals, thermal wall systems and other technologies through Consulting Engineers, Architects, Developers and Contractors.

Breathing Buildings is a young, rapidly growing Energy Efficient
Natural Ventilation Company based in Cambridge. The business has
seen rapid growth in recent years and is continually developing and
investing in existing and new technologies and markets. We help
engineers and designers to offer a full turnkey solution to develop
low energy buildings. We work with the UK's leading grocers,
architects, construction consultants and shopping mall developers
as well as providing low energy natural ventilation solutions using
our e-Stack equipment in the education, leisure and healthcare
sectors.
The Role
This opportunity is a mobile position and which requires you to
be on the road for a minimum of 4 days a week covering the North
West and East of England focusing along the M62 belt.
The Candidate
You will ideally possess mechanical engineering knowledge and be
able to understand building layout schematics and basic mechanical
services information related to ventilation.
You will be a results orientated self starter who will make a
positive impact and contribution to the growth of the business.
You will ideally have a depth of established customer contacts
in the Commercial Specifier and Building and Construction
Contractor Sector in the North of England.
You will be proficient in the use of power point, excel and
word.
You must have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality and be
able to fit into the already established team. You must have a
demonstrable tenacious approach to business development and have a
proven track record in profitable sales.
People working for a supplier and Installer of Natural
Ventilation, Solar Shading or other Renewable Energy Technologies
for the commercial building sector would be considered good
backgrounds.
